French Beans Fry with roasted sesame
























Ingredients:


French Beans: 2 Pound
Sesame Seeds: 1 Tbsp
Dry Coconut Powder: 2 Tbsp
Mustard: 1/4 Tsp
Jeera: 1/4 Tsp
Curry Leaves: 5-6
Red Chillies: 2 whole
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli powder: 1/2 Tsp
Oil: 2 Tsp

Procedure:
  • Cut the beans into 2" pieces.
  • Roast the Sesame Seeds without adding oil on a hot pan and keep them aside.
  • In the pan put oil then add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter add Jeera, red chillies and Curry leaves.
  • Add beans and fry them in a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add salt at this point which makes the pieces cook faster and keep the lid.
  • After 8 minutes(keep mixing in between) add coconut powder, turmeric, red chilli powder and roasted sesame seeds.
  • Mix the fry for 2 minutes and will be ready to serve hot with roti or rice.
