Pav(Soft Bread--Can get it from Indian stores)
Vegetables: Carrots, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Spring onions, Green Beans, Green Peas,
Tomatoes: 2 Cup(Small pieces)
Onions: 1 Medium (Cut into small pieces)
Pav Bhaji Masala
Butter: 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder: 1/2 Tsp
Coriander leaves
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp
Procedure:
- Boil all the mixed vegetables in cooker till soft.
- In a hot pan add some butter, fry onions till brown.
- Add mixed vegetables in it mix well.
- Put some salt,red chilli powder and Pav Bhaji masala in it.
- Add coriander leaves and little lemon juice at the end.
- Fry the bread on a pan with little butter.
- Enjoy the Pav with the curry.
