Maida/All Purpose Flour: 1 Cup
Rice Flour: 1 tsp
Chana Dal: 1 Cup
Jaggery: 1 Cup
Elaichi Powder
Ghee for frying
Oil: 2 tbsp
Water
Elaichi Powder
Procedure:
- Mix maida and rice flour with oil and water, much softer than chapathi dough.
- Keep aside covered.
- Boil chana in pressure cooker with 1 Cup water.
- Drain water from chana when it is hot.
- Grind chana with jaggary powdered.
- Add elaichi powder and cook chana mixture till thick( To make ball consistency)
- Make balls out of the above mixture.
- Take lemon size dough flatten on a surface, then put the sweet ball on it and cover it in all edges.
- Roll the ball and make it like a paratha.
- Fry it with ghee on a Pan.
- Serve hot.
