Semia Payasam

Ingredients:
Vermicelli : 1 Cup
Sugar: 1 Cup
Milk: 1 Cup
Water: 1 Cup
Ghee: 1 Tbsp
Cashew
Dry Grapes
Elaichi powder

Preparation:
  • Fry cashew and drygrapes and take them into a bowl.
  • Fry vermicelli till light golden color
  • Add water when it come to a boil add milk to it.
  • Let it cook for 8-10 min.
  • Add sugar and elaichi powder now and remove from fire.
  • Add cashew and drygrapes before serving.
  • Can be served hot or cold.
