Aloo Cutlet



Ingredients:
Potatoes: 2 Big
Bread Crumbs: 2 Tbsp
Whole Chana: 1 Cup
Onion: 1
Tomaotes: 2
Curd: 1 Cup
Oil for frying
Red Chilli powder: 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Chat masala Powder: 1 Tsp
Salt to taste


Procedure:
  • Boil potatoes.
  • In a pan put some oil add onions fry till brown then add tomatoes and chana.
  • Add curd,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder cook for 10min.
  • At last add chat masala powder to the gravy.
  • Take the Peel from potatoes, mash them properly then add bread crumbs, salt, turmeric powder and make balls.
  • Press the balls little and fry on a pan with oil.
  • Before serving take 2 patties,add chana curry,curd and tamarind chutney.
  • Garnish with Onions,chat masala powder and coriander leaves.
