Ingredients:
Toor Dal: 1 Cup
Dry Dhania: 1 Tbsp
Red Chillies: 8
Garlic: 5
Curry Leaves: 1 string
Salt to taste
Procedure:
- In a hot pan add all the Ingredients.
- Fry them till golden brown for about 15-20 minutes.
- Don't burn the dal.
- Grind the mixture into a fine powder with salt.
- Serve with Hot Rice and a tsp of ghee/oil.
- It also goes well with Idli/ Dosa.
